To maximise tenderness, we slow-roast your selection of either beef, lamb pork or a combination of them all and slice it according to your specific thickness.
Dependant on your requirements, we can also arrange and butter bread rolls for quick and tasty meat and gravy rolls...the gravy we supply is absolutely delicious!
This service can be delivered straight to the venue, hot or cold, and placed in either aluminium trays or Bain-marie dishes to suit your needs.
